U.S. Defense Education and Training Programs

MPRI supports US defense establishment and military customers in carrying out critical training and education functions. These functions directly impact the ability of organizations, leaders, and personnel to accomplish national security missions. MPRI is uniquely qualified to provide this training, education, and leadership development ; our staff consists of former military, law enforcement, diplomatic, and private sector leaders who are at the top of their fields.

• Conducts force-on-force training support for US Army battalion task forces
• Develops training exercises to sustain crew proficiency in tank, armored personnel carriers, artillery, and mortar gunnery
• Develops, review, and prepare force management publications
• Trains Active and Reserve officers to function as staff officers in the field
• Designs simulated training exercises in both laser marksmanship and driving
• Trains logistics officers to serve as branch-qualified logistics captains, focusing on leadership, tactical operations, communication skills, training management, and commander skills
• Instructs students on the command and control processes at battalion and brigade levels, operations, and intelligence and logistic staff functions.
• Teaches the fundamentals of military leadership to prepare field-grade leaders for staff, management, and command positions
• Develops curriculums to train senior leaders in all levels of the US Army
