Ethics are at the heart of MPRI’s business
MPRI is committed to uncompromising standards of ethics at every level and throughout each of our programs.
MPRI endorses and adheres to L-3 Communications initiatives in its Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. These codes provide all of our employees with a framework on how we should conduct ourselves with our business partners and each other. President Carl Vuono has directed all managers to ensure our employees adhere to the highest standards of ethical conduct and “unethical conduct can never gain any business advantage”.
The L-3 Communications Code of Ethics and Business Conduct addresses a number of topics including:
- Reporting Environment
- Protection from Retaliation

Employees are required to report all violations and are encouraged to report suspected violations of this Code or applicable laws and regulations to their manager, supervisor or to MPRI’s Corporate Ethics Officer, Leanne Hutton. The complete policy is on the employee policy Web site.
