Recruiting Services

MPRI maintains hundreds of skilled professionals who play a vital role in civilian recruiting for the U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC). Our Recruiting Division is comprised of experienced former USAREC personnel who are recognized as innovative thinkers, talented recruiters, problem solvers and quality managers.  We recruit and retain individuals who meet the highest mental, moral, and physical standards. In addition, MPRI professionals provide critical support and staff to almost every level of management including Regular Army and Army Reserve recruiting, cyber recruiting services, administrative support to recruiting companies, security interviews and guidance councilors at all military entrance processing stations.

Staff and Recruiter Services: Under the Recruiting Services Contract, MPRI handles the recruitment, hiring, training, placement and sustainment of contract recruiters for the Regular Army and Army Reserve. We plan, manage and execute all “Contract Guidance Counselor” activities at all Military Entrance Processing Stations.  In addition, we provide skilled staff to serve in key positions such as policy and plans, special missions, production analysis, and enlisted standards division analysis.  

Cyber Recruiter Services: MPRI provides the daily management and execution of the existing U.S. Army Recruiting Command CYBER Recruiting Program. We plan, manage, and execute all CYBER operations, initiatives, and growth resulting in the highest lead conversion rate of any U.S. Army Recruiting Command lead source. 

Administrative Support Services: MPRI provides the administrative staff to support more than 100 recruiting companies ensuring the effective use of Army recruiting resources. Our support includes the recruitment, hiring, and placement of qualified administrative assistants who work for select USAREC Company Leadership Teams. 

Security Interviewers: MPRI recruits, hires, and places Security Interviewers at select Military Entrance Processing Stations to conduct interviews and review security clearance packets for new enlistees.

Personnel Staff Augmentation: MPRI provides staff support and program management to:

• Defense Intelligence Agency Headquarters Central Processing Center
• Defense Intelligence Agency Iraqi Survey Group
• U.S. Army Accessions Command
