Strategic Planning Programs

MPRI has a proven track record for providing client-focused strategic planning for a variety of organizations. Our services include the development of strategic plans relating to homeland security, law enforcement security, emergency management systems, institution building, and international security sector reform. Our clients include the US, local, state and national governments, law enforcement agencies, and a number of private sector businesses.

Our staff consists of highly skilled and experienced military, law enforcement, and private sector leaders at the top of their fields. In addition to our top-level staff, we maintain a database of more than 20,000 skilled professionals and subject matter experts. MPRI’s strategic planning team works closely with your executive team to create the best results and ensure long-term success.

MPRI’s Approach to Strategic Planning includes:

MPRI provides the highly skilled and experienced strategic planners, instructors and subject matter and technological experts to support the U.S. Army in operations, assessments, analytical support, and weapons-related strategic planning. Programs include:

  • Pandemic Influenza Planning for the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDCP) – Provides strategic planning staff to develop influenza pandemic preparedness response scenarios.
  • Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations (G3), Directorate of Military Support, Consequence Management Planning – Provides expert staff to conduct assessments of anti-terrorism and force protection procedures, assist in preparedness planning, troop audits to evaluate current procedures, and weapons readiness reviews.
  • Army Materiel Command, Strategic and Weapons Support Planning – P rovides planning and analytical support relating to strategic movement of material and weapons.
  • Joint Program Office – Provides senior analysts for the Critical Asset Assurance Program, studies vulnerabilities of key U.S. infrastructure sectors, and recommends mitigation measures.
  • Army Senior Leadership Development Program – Provides expert staff to manage instruction of senior Army leadership in visioning, change management, and leadership transformation for the office of the Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army.
