MPRI's TSPR (Total System Performance Responsibility) Program was implemented to give all government and military personnel involved in the process of developing firearms proficiency and in marksmanship training life cycle support and open access to information to support that process. TSPR is useful in managing your LMTS Training Program via an online system.

The TSPR Program was devised to support three main functional areas:
  • Hardware and Software Replacement and Upgrades
  • Training Support for LMTS
  • Customer Support including documentation and technical support.
