What is the Train the Trainer (T3) course?
The Train the Trainer (T3) course is a 3-5 day, intense hands on learning experience with the Laser Marksmanship Training Systems.

For whom is T3 course designed?
The T3 course is designed for instructor qualified NCO's. These NCO's will be the unit's LMTS trainer upon completion of the course and receipt of the equipment.

What will the T3 course do for individuals?
The T3 course teaches all essential features of LMTS equipment use. It is designed to train NCOs to teach and train soldiers in basic rifle and pistol marksmanship. Graduates of the course will have the confidence needed to take soldiers to the live fire range knowing that they understand what it takes to succeed.

What will the T3 course do for units?
If a unit is scheduled to receive LMTS equipment in the near future, it is necessary to have qualified instructors to utilize the equipment to its full potential. All units need qualified NCO's with the skills necessary to take that equipment and maximize the time and resources devoted to marksmanship training.
