"We haven't had the LMTS system that long, but I've been running my guys through the same things I learned at the 'Train the Trainer' course I took in Washington last year," says OS1 Bill Zieulewicz, Marksmanship Training Coordinator at the Honolulu Naval Reserve Center in Honolulu, Hawaii.

"All of the guys I'm training have all had significant weapons training, and most are very experienced. They will be going off to other units and applying that training with the LMTS equipment in their units. Every guy I train goes through the exact program I went through. I teach sight alignment, zeroing techniques, MP-400 laser adjustment, breath control, stance, and all the other techniques required for good shooting skills."

"The LMTS system is great because it gives everyone instant feedback without having to deal with recoil, which can be a distracter to proper shooting. All of the guys I've run through LMTS training have really shown an improvement in their shooting. It's been a great system that really has a place in small arms weapons training."
