SK1 Mark Landrie, in charge of field training at the Billings, Montana Naval Reserve says that LMTS is currently being used in field training of reservists prior to mobilization in San Diego, California. "We're using the LMTS for M16, 9mm, and shotgun training, and running about 20 recruits through training a day with our limited number of units. It's a great system, but the Navy definitely needs more equipment."
