Bantz J. (John) Craddock

John Craddock was named President of L-3 MPRI in January 2010. John joined the company following a 38-year career with the U.S. Army. Prior to his retirement from the Army in June 2009, he most recently served as the Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR) and Commander in Chief of the U.S. European Command. As SACEUR, he commanded the military forces of NATO’s 28 nations and led history’s most successful alliance into new frontiers of relevance and purpose. His distinguished military career spanned leadership at all levels, including serving as a combat commander in Operation Desert Storm and as Commander of the U.S. Southern Command. A graduate of West Virginia University, John also received a master’s degree in military arts and sciences. |

Jim Campbell
Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff and Operations |

Jim Campbell joined L-3 MPRI as Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff, in April 2008. Jim completed more than 36 years in the U.S. Army after serving as the Director of the Army staff from 2004 until his retirement in March 2008. Other key leadership positions in his military career included command of the Army in the Pacific and the 10th Mountain Division at Fort Drum, New York. A graduate of the University of Missouri, Jim also holds master’s degrees from the University of Illinois and the U.S. Naval War College.

Christine Bailey
Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer |

Chris Bailey joined L-3 MPRI in May 2011 as Sr. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer where she leads their business operations. She has a successful record of over 25 years experience in government contracting and forward positioned companies. Prior to L-3 MPRI she served as Sr. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Vangent, Inc. where she led the divestiture effort and raised $190M to partially finance the sale of the company. Previous to this, she was the Sr. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for DynCorp Systems and Solutions LLC, a $1B government contracting company. Christine has a bachelor’s of science degree in finance and a holds a master’s in business administration from Virginia Tech. |

Douglas Fouser
Senior Vice President & General Manager, Mission Support Group |

Douglas Fouser joined L-3 MPRI in 2007 as Vice President of Programs, National Group. He brings 27 years of general management, strategic planning and leadership experience to his current position. He served as Sr. Vice President and General Manager at the Titan Corporation before it was acquired by L-3 in 2005. Previous to L-3, Douglas served as Executive Vice President for ManTech International Corporation where he was responsible for their Information Technology Solutions Group. He has also worked for Cubic Defense Systems in a variety of senior management positions culminating with his assignment as Vice President of their Tactical Electronic Products Division. In addition to completing Airborne and Ranger Schools within the United States Army, he holds a bachelor of science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a master’s in business administration from the University Of San Diego. |

John Otjen
Acting President, L-3 LOTS |

John Otjen, Acting President of L-3 LOTS, joined L-3 in 2007 as Executive Vice President for L-3 SYColemen. He was then assigned to L-3 Global Solutions & Engineering Solutions (GS&ES) as Executive Vice President and later served as President of L-3 Intelligence Solutions (ISD) from 2008 until the formation of L-3 STRATIS where he was appointed Executive Vice President in early 2010. Prior to L-3, Otjen worked for Alion Science and Technology Corporation as Senior Vice President and General Manager, National Security Group. Additionally, John served over 4 years as Deputy Director, George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies in Germany upon retirement from the U.S. Army in 1995 with more than 31 years of service. His final assignment was as the Commanding General, First U.S. Army at Fort Meade, Maryland. He holds a bachelor of science degree from the United States Military Academy and a master’s in business administration from the University of Wisconsin. |

Asif M. Shaikh
President, International Resources Group (IRG) |

Asif Shaikh was named President of IRG, a wholly owned subsidiary of L-3, in 1991. With over 30 years of international experience, Asif is a widely recognized authority on economics, governance, poverty alleviation, agriculture and resource policy, energy, finance and trade. He was president of the Washington Chapter of the Society for International Development (SID-Washington), from 2004-2007, where he continues to serve on the Board. He served on the Executive Committee of the Professional Services Council (PSC) from 2008-2009. Asif is a Board Member, Officer, and the Chair of the Development Committee of the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition (USGLC). He is a member of the Advisory Board of the United Nations Association of the National Capital Area (UNA-NCA). He is also a member of the prestigious Bretton Woods Committee, and the Modernizing Foreign Assistance Network (MFAN). He holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University and a master’s of philosophy in economics from Columbia University. |

Seth F. Stein
Senior Vice President & General Manager, Federal Support Group |

Seth Stein joined L-3 MPRI in 2010 as Senior Director in Business Development. He brings 28 years of senior management, strategic integration and planning experience to his current position. Prior to L-3 MPRI he was the President and General Manager of Trans-Tech Incorporate; a wholly owned subsidiary of Skyworks Solutions where he directed the expansion and positive performance of the company through record growth in both revenue and operating income. In addition to his leadership role at Trans-Tech, Seth has also held senior management positions in sales, operations and quality at BP Solar and Sedco Systems Incorporated (a division of Raytheon). He holds a bachelor of science degree from Long Island University and most recently completed a twelve month senior executive leadership development program through Suffolk University and the University of California, Irvine. |

Pearl Mihara
Senior Vice President, Human Resources |

Pearl Mihara brings 25 years of human resources and organizational development experience to the L-3 MPRI management team. Pearl has been responsible for setting the strategic vision and strategy for human resources within major business units of Alliant Tech Systems (ATK), General Dynamics, and Hughes Electronics. In addition to her experience in the defense industry, Pearl has held leadership positions in the commercial startup and NGO sectors. Her leadership agility and experience has influenced business critical issues such as leadership development, succession planning, talent acquisition and business transformation. Her recent challenges have focused on growth through acquisitions, operational excellence, restructuring rewards programs, and business integration. Pearl holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of San Francisco. |

Charles Rash
Senior Vice President, Business Development |

Charles Rash was appointed Senior Vice President, Business Development in 2009. Prior to joining L-3 MPRI in 2005 Charlie was a Group Director at L-3 SYColeman. He joined SY Technology, later acquired by L-3, after serving 26 years in the U.S. Army where his most recent assignment was Deputy, Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations and Plans, Force Development (ADSCOPS-FD). Other Army assignments included Chief, Fire Support Division ADCSOPS-FD and Chief of Staff, U.S. Army Space and Strategic Defense Command (USASSDC). Charlie is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and holds a master’s in business administration from Widener University and is Acquisition Level III certified. |
