Organizational and Institutional Capacity-Building. We partner with both government and non-government organizations to design and execute programs that produce stable institutions with accountability.
Rule of Law and Justice Sector Reform. We view the rule of law as a critical component of a stable society. Whether working on criminal justice issues or land reform, L-3 MPRI teams seek to empower marginalized groups. We help ensure that individuals are equal before the law.
Anti-Corruption. We provide technical assistance, knowledge management and systems development to help prevent fraud, waste and abuse of power or undue influence. We conduct training to ensure fundamental change.
