Our training professionals bring years of leadership know-how and expertise in strategic analysis, law enforcement, the military, diplomacy and business to our programs. And our classroom study and hands-on training address today’s complex military environments.

L-3 MPRI’s education and training programs have been tested in Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan and Germany to name a few. We’ve implemented and revised them based on feedback from the classroom as well as the battlefield. All to prepare leaders and enlisted personnel for the demands they’ll face today and tomorrow.

We cover everything. From developing concepts and doctrine requirements to teaching leadership fundamentals to training senior leaders. We develop and manage strategic, operational, tactical and leadership doctrines. We write manuals for field artillery, fire support and contracting support on the field. We conduct research and analysis on joint, inter-agency, inter-governmental and multi-national collective training concepts.

Programs include: Force-on-force training support. Training for crew proficiency in tank, armored personnel carriers, artillery and mortar gunnery. Training Active and Reserve officers for field positions. Training logistics officers to serve as logistics captains. Teaching command and control processes at battalion and brigade levels. Instruction and curriculum development for the Defense Information School (DINFOS).
